Notebook/Vista hängt sich beim surfen auf

Hi Leute,

seit kurzem habe ich ein Problem bei meinem Notebook bzw. mit Vista!

Jedes mal wenn ich im Internet surfe, hängt sich mein PC auf!

Ich kann den Arbeitsplatz nicht mehr aufrufen, das Lesezeichen-Menü nicht mehr öffnen oder andere Dinge tun. Sprich, ich kann nurnoch sinnlos mit der Maus hin und her "fahren".

Ich habe ein Acer Aspire 8920G Notebook, mit Vista Home Premium 32bit falls das wichtig ist?!

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen?!

Hi,

überprüfe mal deine Pc auf Viren, evtl. hast du dir was eingefangen.
Welchen Browser nützt du, schon mal mit einem anderen probiert?

Also ich hab jetzt mal den PC auf Viren durchsucht - hat nichts gefunden, Problem bleibt also weiterhin bestehen!

Ich benutze Firefox, mit IE7 hab ich es auch schon versucht, leider kein Erfolg!

Was i.wie komisch ist, ist das wenn sich der PC aufgehängt hat, rufe ich den Task Manager auf, geht er ganz normal wieder! Zumindest ein paar Minuten =)

Noch eine idee??

Was mir jetzt noch aufgefallen ist, ist das es nicht nur wenn ich surfe sich der PC aufhängt sondern auch im "normalen" Betrieb!

Zwischenfrage: Welches Antivirus Programm ist momentan das beste?? Kann auch ruhig was kosten, dann kauf ich es mir nämlich morgen!
Hab nämlich stark den Verdacht das AntiVir nicht alle Viren finden/löschen kann!

Ich hab vorhin mal Mozilla Firefox deinstalliert - kein erfolg!

Hallo,

das kann natürlich mehrere Gründe haben. Könnte eine auch ein Hardwaredefekt sein.

Zwei Tools zum prüfen:
Festplatte: HD Tune

Arbeitsspeicher: Memtest 86+ (Den Test ca. 4 Stunden laufen lassen, dann abbrechen).

Das Logfile ist zwar sauber, allerdings sagt das noch gar nichts aus.

Lade dir Malewarebytes (link in meiner Signatur), ausführen, updaten, Komplett Scan, Report posten.

Also dem Memtest werde ich wohl erst morgen machen weil ich heute keine Zeit mehr habe, dafür läuft grad Malewarebytes durch und werde sobald es fertig ist den Bericht posten!

Aber zu "HD Tune" wie soll ich da vorgehen bzw. was bezweckt das genauer??

HD Tune überprüft die Festplatte auf fehlerhafte Sektoren. Dann hast du schon mal einen Anhaltspunkt, ob etwas mit der Platte nicht in Ordnung ist.
