Hallo erstmal!

Ich hoffe ich hab mein problem richtig gepostet bin zwar kein anfänger mehr aber auch lange kein profi!

Ich habe folgendes Problem:

Letzte Woche habe ich mir die aktuelle Computr Bild Spiele(Gold) gekauft.
Auf der DVD war Splinter Cell 1 welches ich schon immer mal spielen wollte.
Zu Beginn hat auch alle toll funktioniert bloß ich bin jetzt im 4 Level auf der Ölraffenerie und dort heb ich jetz immer ein schweres Problem.
Immer wenn ich kurz davor bin die Raffenerie zu betreten stürzt mein pc ab.
Gleich zu Beginn kommt eine Videosequenz bei der der Techniker die Raffenerie betritt und genau bei dieser Zwischensequenz hängt sich der pc auf und stürzt ab. Manchmal habe ich auch noch schwere grafikfehler bei der videosequenz bevor der pc abstürzt.

Es kommt ein bluescreen und der pc startet neu.
Ich habe mir den Debugging Tool for Windows aus dem internet geholt um die Information des bluescreens analysieren zu lassen, hier das resultat:

Muss aber dazu sagen das in manchen bluescreens auch eine andere datei stand die den fehler verursacht hat.

Laptop:
Intel Core Duo T2300 (2mal 1,66 GHz)
Ati Mobility Radeon X1400 512 HyperMemory
1GB DDR2 RAM
Festplatte 80 GB

- mein System erfüllt die Anforderungen Von Splinter Cell 1
- die aktuellen Grafikkartentreiber sind auch drauf
- die version in der Computer bild Spiele von Splinter Cell war schon von vornherein auf die aktuellste version ( ich glaub 1.2b)

hast du das Trend Micro PC-cillin auf deinem rechner?
deaktiviere mal den virenscanner und probier es noch mal.

Ich weiß gar nicht was das für ein programm ist.
Also hab ich das auch nicht drauf denke ich.

deaktivierter virenscanner funktioniert auch nicht.

Hatte ich auch, liegt anscheinend an der Video Sequenz - hab auf einem zweiten Rechner installiert und nach abspielen der Sequenz gespeichert, dann auf meinem Rechner weitergespielt. Bis jetzt keine Probleme mehr.

Sorry für die knappe Antwort,

ein paar mehr Details. Wie's aussieht hängt es mit dem Grafiktreiber bzw. der ATI zusammen. Mit dem 6.6er Treiber ist die Bluescreenmeldung mehr fehlergerichtet (ich glaub es war ati3duag.dll). Nach dem Update auf den ATI 6.7 gab's immer noch Bluescreens an derselben Stelle, allerdings mit tital irreführenden Codes.

Ich hab das Video auf meinem Rechner mit einer 1600er Pro nicht zum laufen bringen können. Hab noch nen alten 1Ghz Rechner mit ner 5700er NVidia, da ist das Video durchgelaufen und ich hab dann einfach gespeichert und den Spielstand übertragen. Hüpf jetzt irgendwo bei der CIA rum, bis jetzt kein Bluescreen mehr.

Wenn ich in den Herstellerforen von UBI nachseh, bekomm ich die Krise - da wird analysiert bis zum umfallen, mit Windows Diagnose Dateien und was weiß ich, Treiber installieren und deinstallieren, XP neu aufspielen und so weiter... Wahrscheinlich ist das 5 (!) Euro-Spiel in ca 10-20 Stunden durchgespielt, genau so viel Zeit steckt man dann noch mal in die Fehlersuche. Super. Getoppt wird's nur noch von JoWood's Spellforce - ellenlange Kommentare, was man alles tun soll. Und irgendwo findet man nach langer Suche, dass es mit Kaspersky AV gar nicht läuft - Bingo! Ausschalten hilft nichts, die Empfehlung ist, den AV zu deinstallieren. Na danke...
