AVM gives really shit service: bought two Fritzbox WLAN 7170 to be used in Holland; seems that there are different hardwares for Germany and the rest of Europe..,I got the German ones without knowing (not clearly mentioned on their site), asked for swapping, they refuse any service for these two misserable boxes, keine Deutsche Grundlicheit!!.. so if you still want to buy them, watch out which ones you are buying or you will be crying!!!

you've should informed yourself better before buying german DSL-hardware! in germany it is Annex B in netherlands primary Annex A.
so it's your own fault!
in germany the fritz-boxes are working MORE than well...

Ich dachte jeder ist willkommen,egal welche Sprache er spricht.Wenn man jemanden findet,der auf der gleichen Sprache antworten kann,warum nicht ?

Aber stimmt schon,bei anderen Sprachen kann man natürlich nicht kontrollieren,was da gerade besprochen wird.Ob es sich vlt sogar um was illegales handelt.Aber Englisch ???? Ich denke es sprechen und schreiben genug diese Sprache hier im Board.Mich natürlich NICHT eingeschlossen.

Probably you could be right, but not everybody is an expert like you ;-) and and additional info for the ones like us would be welcome on such a professional site like AVM. But nevertheless, if I were AVM, what are the costs for them in swapping two boxes and having two more happy costumers? A bit of service is appreciated by everyone.

I'm sorry that if put the message in ENGLISH, my German is not so good like your English, otherwise I would of done so..
